Ryan Miller is an NHL goaltender currently playing for the Anaheim Ducks.  Before turning pro, Miller played college hockey for the Michigan State University Spartans where he set a NCAA record with 26 career shutouts.  He was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in 1999, playing for their AHL team, the Rochester Americans, where he won 41 games, tying Gerry Cheevers’ previous record.  By 2005, Miller had established himself as a starting goaltender with the Sabres.  He was the starting goalie for the 2007 Eastern Conference team at the All-Star Game.  In 2010, he was the winner of the Vezina Trophy.  Miller has also played for the St. Louis Blues and the Vancouver Canucks.

Internationally, Ryan Miller plays for Team USA.  He played for the United States at the 2010 Winter Olympics and the 2014 Winter Olympics where they finished with a silver medal.
