He made his debut with the Ducks in the 2005-06 season after a successful minor league career that saw him win the OHL’s Memorial Cup, and a Gold medal in the World Junior Championships. Corey Perry alongside linemates Ryan Getzlaf and Dustin Penner formed the “Kid Line,” a highly effective trio that combined for 71 goals in the regular season, leading the Ducks to win the Stanley Cup in 2007. Corry Perry became only the second player after Scott Niedermeyer to join the Triple Gold Club after winning two Olympic gold medals, gold at the World Championships and the Stanley Cup.
