Brad May was a hockey left winger that made his start in the NHL with the Buffalo Sabres in 1991.  He made Sabres’ history in the opening round of the 1993 Stanley Cup Playoffs when he scored the game winning goal in overtime during game 4 of the Series helping to sweep the Boston Bruins – the second-best team in the NHL. Brad May also played for the Vancouver Canucks, Phoenix Coyotes and the Colorado Avalanche before being traded to the Anaheim Ducks in 2007 where he won the Stanley Cup, defeating the Los Angeles Kings.  He joined the Toronto Maple Leafs and played his 1,000th career game versus the Buffalo Sabres.  He finished off his career as a player with the Detroit Red Wings.  Following his retirement, he joined the CBC as an AHL analyst and later with Rogers Sportsnet.  He was a Broadcaster for the Sabres until 2017.
