Learn More about Wayne Cashman: Wayne Cashman was an NHL winger that played his entire 17 year career with the Boston Bruins from 1965-1983. The hard-nosed winger was on the formidable line with superstar Phil Esposito and Ken Hodge. His strength was in battling in the corners and forechecking. He also served as enforcer protecting Esposito and Bobby Orr. Wayne Cashman was part of two Stanley Cup winning teams in 1970 and 1972. Wayne Cashman was the last active player from the Original Six Era. He served as captain of the Boston Bruins from 1978 until he retired in 1983. He played in 1027 regular season games with 277 goals and 516 assists. Internationally, Wayne Cashman represented Team Canada and he took part in the 1972 Summit Series. He again served the role of enforcer or “Big Bad Bruin” as he called himself. After he retired as a player, Wayne Cashman served as assistant coach for many years for the New York Rangers and Tampa Bay Lightning. Learn More about Vic Hadfield: Vic Hadfield made it to the NHL as a rugged enforcer for the New York Rangers in 1959. He posted triple digit penalty numbers and led the league in 1963-1964 with 151 penalty minutes. As Hadfield’s career progressed with the Rangers, he was put on the same line with Jean Ratelle and Rod Gilbert. This line would become known as the Goal a Game line and Hadfield’s focuses shifted scoring. Vic Hadfield was an example of one player doing it all as his points totals came closer to matching his penalty minutes. Mike Keenan moved on to coaching the Rochester Americans to the AHL championship in 1983. The following year, Keenan got his first high profile coaching job, coaching the Philadelphia Flyers in 1984. He was with the Flyers for 4 years before becoming head coach of the Chicago Blackhawks in 1988 and head coach of the New York Rangers in 1993. In 1994, he led the Rangers to their first Stanley Cup Championship since 1940. Mike Keenan also was coach and/or GM for the St. Louis Blues, Vancouver Canucks, Boston Bruins and the Florida Panthers. In 2007 Keenan became senior advisor to the Swedish Ice Hockey Association. This position was short lived as he returned to the NHL to coach the Calgary Flames. Keenan recorded his 600th win as a coach with the Flames. Keenan left the NHL to join the KHL in 2013. Learn More About Jocelyn Guevremont: From 1967-1971 Jocelyn Guevremont played for the minor leagues in Montreal where he was a distinguished young defenseman, playing on both Second and First All-Star teams in consecutive years. In 1971 he won the Max Kaminsky Trophy for most outstanding defenseman in the OHL. Later that year he was chosen third overall by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1971 NHL Entry Draft. Over the course of nine seasons he played for the Canucks, the Buffalo Sabres and New York Rangers. In 1972 he played for Team Canada in the Summit Series and in 1974 he played in a NHL All-Star team. He retired in 1980 due to a chronic shoulder problem.
